A house, not a fund.
Blue Green Capital is where one founder’s ventures, experiments, investments, expeditions and creative work live together.
It was created in Paris in 2016 as a real-estate investment company. The income from that first property did what it was meant to do: it bought time. The time went into a long journey, a book, companies, a podcast and, most recently, an album.
Over the years the house gave its projects their own Blue Green names. Some are still active, most are now history. Today the approach is simpler: explore freely, build one thing properly, and learn in public.

No new company, brand or domain until someone is paying for the thing. Algae taught that one.

Founder
Adrien Hardy
After engineering studies in urban planning, Adrien completed a master’s in wealth management and real estate at KEDGE in 2014, then worked in real-estate investment at Bouygues Immobilier, Jones Lang LaSalle and La Française.
He created Blue Green Capital in 2016 and left salaried work in 2019 to travel, write and build. Since then: a book, Algae, the Aventuriers de la Vie podcast, music as ALWIN, and now Kairos.
