A programme for people at a turning point — coaching, a peer circle and expeditions.

Kairos is the Greek word for the right moment — the one you seize rather than wait for. The programme is built around it: a clear decision, a small group that holds you to it, and experiences demanding enough to make the change real.

It started as music. In November 2025 a one-week retreat in Portugal produced a first track; within weeks it had grown into KAIROS, a ten-track album. By March 2026 the album had become a programme with its own name and site.

In August 2026 a Kairos expedition reached the summit of Mount Kazbek, in Georgia, at 5,054 metres.
